She was predeceased by: her former husband John Skubic; her husband John Guarino; her parents, Joseph Petokas and Helen Kozlowski Petokas; her grandson Jessie Trusky; and her siblings, Joseph, Daniel, Augustus, Peter, Vincent Petokas, Theresa Arab, Martha Peterson, Mary Zoldak Evans, Ann Zoldak Stocker and Florence Kershner.
She is survived by: her children, John Skubic (Deborah) of Tulalid, WA and Joann Trusky. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; three great grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.
