He was predeceased by: his wife Maryann (Nee Jordon); his siblings, Thomas, John Jack Touhill and Marilyn Rushlow; and his parents, John Touhill and Edna Touhill.

He is survived by: his son William R. Touhill; his grandchildren, Shawn and Katherine Touhill; and his siblings, Lawrence Touhill, Kathleen Even and Ann Marie Jeffries.
