He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Iacocca and Assunta Iacocca (Cocca); his former wife Lucille Iacocca; his daughter Victoria Iacocca (Vicki); and his brothers, Albert and Julius Iacocca.

He is survived by: his wife Priscilla; his children, Theodore V. Iacocca (Dorothy) and Debra Connor (Thomas); his grandchildren, Teddy Iacocca, Sara and Christopher Connor; his great grandchild Cannon Iacocca; and his sister Gloria Krause. He is also survived by his grandchildren, great grandson and many family dogs.
