She is survived by: her daughter Elizabeth; her brothers, Raymond Palena (Diane) and Laurence Palena; and her nieces and nephews, Lisa, Raymond, Michael, Emily and Gregory.
Memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, the Salvation Army or the Little Sisters of the Assumption in Philadelphia.
