He was predeceased by: his siblings, Cheng Ting Wong, Cheng Ting Hong, Cheng Fuk Le "Johnson" and Cheng Lai Fong. He is survived by: his sisters, Cheng Tak Kam, Cheng Chau Ping and Cheng Lai Ping; his children, Jeannie Cheng and Tim Cheng; and his grandchildren, Mei Li Joelyn Cheng and Landon Cheng Kim (Sophia Lam).
