He is survived by: his wife Betty Claire; his children, Stephen S. Fell (Lisa M.), Douglas S. Fell (Mary Kay) and Dianne L.; his grandchildren, Douglas J. Fell (Natalie), Sarah M., Michael of East Fallowfield, Meghann E., Stephen of Lincoln University and Taylor R. Fell of Virginia Beach, VA; and his great grandchild Naevy James Micek.
