He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel A., Sr. and Dorothy Pickard; his wife Marie Ann Pickard; and his granddaughter Colleen Marie. He is survived by: his sons, Sam Pickard (Beth), Jim Pickard (Anne), Rob Pickard (Patty), Joe Pickard (Debbie) and Tom Pickard. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
