He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis P. Gallagher and Catherine Gallagher; his daughter Lauren M. Gallagher; and his siblings, Francis Patrick Gallagher, III and Bernard Gallagher.

He is survived by: his wife Georgeanna; his brother Gerald Gallagher; and his siblings-in-law, Mark Spencer (Susan) and Irene Gallagher. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews and his great-nieces and nephews, and many dear friends.
