He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Barbara A. Wagner; his children, Ronald C. Wagner, Jr. and Kelly A. Uhrick (late Chris); his grandson Jackson Spencer Uhrick; his brother James Wagner (Sally); and his parents, Robert E. Wagner and Alberta F. Wagner.
In accordance with the CDC guidelines, all attendees will be asked to wear a mask, maintain their social distance, and restrain from physical contact.
