She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Thomas F. Cosgrove, Sr.; her children, Tricia (Patricia M.), Tom Jr. (Christy) and Dan (JoAnn); and her grandchildren, Ryan, Evan, Bethany, Faith and Thomas.

“To the Children and Grandchildren of Pat, I offer you my condolences and prayers for Pat. She had a full life, always expressed enthusiasm for life and for God who gave her life and all her blessings. Pat was an inspiration to me in her love for teaching the little ones in our Religious Education Program at Saint Pius X, in her love for the Liturgy especially through music, and her enjoyment of travel. I am grateful to have experienced God's love through her. I am disappointed that COVID is keeping us from gathering to express our love for Pat though our presence and communal prayer.”
