She was predeceased by: her husband Guy Cellucci; and her children, Guy A. and Susan Chambers. She is survived by: her children, Christopher and Donna M. Collins (Charles); her brother Francis "Frank" Provinziano; and her daughter-in-law Bernadette Cellucci. She is also survived by her six grandchildren, her 13 great-grandchildren.
