We are sad to announce that on April 27, 2022, at the age of 83, Leo J. Milligan Sr. of Broomall, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Milligan and Eleanor Milligan; and his brothers, Robert Milligan and Daniel Milligan. He is survived by: his wife Caroline H. Milligan; his children, Caroline Dolan (Tom), Leo J. Milligan, Jr. (Alicia) and Linda Cooper (Chris); his grandchildren, Shane (Alyssa), Brian (Melanie), Casey, Christopher, Patrick, Carly, Leo, III and Rogan; his stepgrandchildren, Chelsey and Jaclyn (Eli); and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Lucas and Ellie. He is also survived by his loving in-laws, nieces and nephews.
