He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. and Mary E; his siblings, Robert, Jack, Harold Vaughan, Alice Nel LeRoy and Mary "Mim" Rowe; his grandson David Vaughan; and his wife Sarah (Sally).
He is survived by: his children, Later Lem, David Vaughan (Joyce), Steven Vaughan (Georgeanne), Sally Phillips (Tim) and Sharon Angelaccio (Steve); and his grandchildren, Caleb Phillips, Alexis Woodcock (Corey), Heidi Phillips (Jared), Alyssa Angelaccio, Jason, Danielle, Lorraine, Darlene, Steve, Dustin and KathyJo.
In lieu of flowers contributions can be made in his name to the Wounded Warriors or Penn Hospice.
