He was predeceased by: his parent Mrs Catherine Carey; and his uncle Charles McCafferty (May). He is survived by: his aunts and uncles, John McCafferty (Rita), Marie McCafferty Maines (James), Anne McCafferty, Robert McCafferty (Jenny), Rita McCafferty Campanile and Rocco Campanile; and his cousin Michael Capps.

Because of the pandemic all attending are asked to wear a mask.
