He was predeceased by: his parents, John L., Sr. and Catherine Noll; his wife Suzanne; his sister Elizabeth E. Krott; and his stepbrother James W. Phelps (Jim).
He is survived by: his children, Cynthia L. DeAngelis (Joseph A.) of Broomall and John E. Noll (Anne L.) of Orland, ME; his grandsons, Evan, Robert, Sean and Clay; and his great grandchild Lilyana Wright.
