She was predeceased by: her husband James L. "Jim" Costa; her parents, Mary James Smith and Harry R. James; and her siblings, H. Richard James (Michele) and Florence James.
She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey J. "Jeff" Costa (Cynthia) and Jill Foerster (Michael).
