He was predeceased by: his parents, James Welsh and Mary Welsh; and his wife Joanne Welsh. He is survived by: his children, Kate Costa (Chris), Jim Welsh (Heidi) and Melissa Shindledecker (Jason); his grandchildren, Kayla, Brandon, James, Emma, Jordan, Abigail, Landon and Lucas; his great grandchildren, Jason, Brooke and Logan; and his siblings, Peggy, Joan, Patty, Tim, Joe, Mary, Susan, Marty, Bob and Casey.
