He was predeceased by: his father James W. Gregory. He is survived by: his mother Angela Gregory Spiegel; his children, James W. Gregory IV and Carmella Gregory; his siblings, Matthew Gregory (Andrea) and Katie Gregory; and his grandparents, Jim and Marge Gregory.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Pius X Church (220 Lawrence Rd, Broomall, PA 19008). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
