He is survived by: his wife Madelon; his children, Aileen Thomas (Chad), Fred Milliken Jr., Teresa Armstrong (Michael) and Patrick Milliken (Melissa); his grandchildren, Kirsten, Colin, Kayleigh, Cecilia, Avery and Shane; his brother Bob Milliken (Diane); and his sister-in-law Mary Ann Milliken. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, brother-in-law.
