He was predeceased by: his parents, Flavia Fazio and Placido Fazio. He is survived by: his siblings, Enza DeLuca, Mary Prestileo (Lucio), Nunzio Fazio, Tony Fazio and Joseph Fazio (Ida Gabriella).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Danjolell Memorial (2811 West Chester Pike, Broomall, PA 19008). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Main Chapel at the Danjolell Memorial Home of Broomall (2811 West Chester Pike, Broomall, PA 19008).
