He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph W. O'Neill and Shirley L. O'Neill. He is survived by: his sisters, Dianne Umstead, Joanne Troiani and Ginger O'Neill; and his nieces and nephews, Victor Troiani, David Troiani, Jenna Troiani, Tiffany Troiani, Tara Troiani, Gian Troiani, Marc Umstead, Ben Umstead, Dan Umstead and Matt Umstead. He is also survived by six great nieces and nephews.
