With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ekaterini Spyratos (Broomall, Pennsylvania), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 12, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dimitrios Karalis and Xanthoula Antonatos; her husband Stavros; and her brothers, Gerasimos, Othonas and Panagis.
She is survived by: her siblings, Olga and Dionysios (Peristera); her daughters, Maria Canakis (Nicholas) and Anastasia Floratos; her grandchildren, Katerina Christakos (Michael), Panagiotis Canakis (Joanna), Spiros Floratos (Kristi Dodbiba), Stavros Floratos and Marina Floratos (Steven Calakos); and her great grandchildren, Zoe, Sophia, Penelope, Nicholas, Maria and Theodoros.
Viewing was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Greek Orthodox Church of St. Luke (35 N Malin Rd, Broomall, PA 19008). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at the Fernwood Cemetery (6501 E Baltimore Ave, Lansdowne, PA 19050).
