Otten of Broomall, Pennsylvania, born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on April 14, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. M. and Marie Otten; and his siblings, Ralph Otten (Ethel) and Frieda Davis. He is survived by: his sons, John Roy Otten (Danielle) and William Walter Otten (Amy); his wife June; his grandchildren, Abigail, Andrew, Michael, Jack and Eleanor; and his sibling Mathilde Otten.
