He is survived by: his wife Colleen; his children, Kristen Sale (Ian) and David Lloyd Jr.; his grandchildren, Grace, Brynleigh, Gavin and Colton; and his siblings, George (Eleanor), Brian and Susan. He is also survived by 3 nieces and 1 nephew, and a close friend.
