He was predeceased by: his parents, Lena Fowler and George "Bud" Fowler; his wife Janet Lombardi; and his sister Annette Lombardi. He is survived by: his friend Bill; his pets, Coco and Rocco; his children, Thomas Lombardi (Marie), Kristin Alessandrine and Matthew Lombardi; and his grandchildren, Kayleigh and Frankie.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Carmen's name to Providence Animal Center, 555 Sandy Bank Rd, Media, PA 19063, providenceac.org, would be appreciated.
