He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert J., Sr. and Michelina DeFruscio; and his brother Vincent. He is survived by: his wife Marybeth DeFruscio; his sons, Albert J. DeFruscio, III (Michele), Michael DeFruscio, Paul DeFruscio (Bonnie) and David DeFruscio (Lindsay); his grandchildren, Allyson, Albert IV "John", Kiera, Paul Jr., Devon, Amelia "Emmie", Lexie, Andie and Juliette; and his siblings, Thomas DeFruscio (Theresa), James DeFruscio (Laura), Charles "Chad" DeFruscio (Teresa), Judy Ann DeFruscio, Sally Ann Fiore (Gary) and Georgeanne Williamson (Jim).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM and on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:15 AM. A Mass will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. Anastasia Church (3301 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square, PA 19073). A burial will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at the Ss Peter & Paul Cemetery (1600 Sproul Rd, Springfield, PA 19064).
