He was predeceased by: his grandmother Smeal; his wife Jane O'Harah; his sisters, Vivian Confer, Trudy Rhodes, Dolly Dorsey, Erma Vantassel, Alverda Miller and Geraldine Hoffer; and his great grandchild Alexa Mowrer.
He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Tobias-Mineweaser (Eric) and Jim Woodell (Carol); and his siblings, Lydia Baker, Joyce Vargulish and Dale Tobias. He is also survived by many grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren.
