He was predeceased by: his grandparent Sandy Reitz. He is survived by: his parents, William I. Reitz, II and Nancy McQuown Keough; his stepfather Chris Keough; his sister Jolene Reitz; his grandparents, John and Charlotte McQuown; his nephew Aiden Fyock; his niece Mia Zimmerman; and his grandfather Bill.

Memorial tributes may be made in Billy's memory to the Brookville Wrestling Club.
