He was predeceased by: his parents, William L. Ramsey, Sr. and Bertha Arnold Ramsey; and his sister Patricia Reed. He is survived by: his wife Chris Mathers; his children, William L. (Ramsey, III) and Samantha D. Ramsey; his sister Lisa Cole (John); and his nieces and nephews, Lacy, Nicole, Michael, Jr. and Shawn.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Bear Claw Sports Bar (10842 US-322, Reynoldsville, PA 15851).
Memorial donations may be made in his memory to the American Cancer Society.
