He is survived by: his wife Linda Maxwell; his pet Hope; his children, Max and Katie; his brother John Kutz (Kathy) of Kirkland Hills, Ohio; his sisters-in-law, Carolyn Kutz of Greensburg, PA and Jody Kutz of Dillsburg, PA; and his nieces and nephews, David Kutz (Wendy), Bob Kutz (Ann), Jane Kutz Immel of St. Johns, FL., Michael, Morgan, Sarah, Allison, Maggie and Tim.
