He was predeceased by: his parents, Wade A. Cochran Sr. and Sara E. Cochran (Dykes); and his siblings, Lucille Winters, Arthur Eugene Cochran, Jimmy Lee Cochran and Harry Cochran.
He is survived by: his wife Sheila Lynn Licht; his sons, Steven W. Cochran (Jacquelyn) of North Tonawanda, NY, Kenneth A. Cochran (Roxanne) of North Tonawanda, NY and Brian L. Cochran (Aimee) of Suffolk, VA.; his grandchildren, Christopher Cochran (Brittany), Mitchell Cochran, Sara Blanchard (Derek), Taylor Cochran, Mary Cochran and Aidan Cochran; and his great grandchildren, Amelia Cochran, Willow Cochran and Jack Blanchard.
