She was predeceased by: her parents, George Dow and Gladys Evelyn Forsythe (Foulks); her husband Richard Donald "Dick" Johnson Sr.; her stepson Dale Johnson; and her siblings, Sally L. Love, Ruth K. Richards, Gary P. Forsythe, George Forsythe Jr. and Robert Lee Forsythe.
She is survived by: her stepsons, Dick Johnson (Vickie) and David Johnson (Kelli); her siblings, Jack B. Forsythe, Jean N. Ent and Ann M. Sarvey (James G.); and her stepgrandchildren, Raleigh, Mitchell (Megan), Matthew, Lacy and Harper.
