He was predeceased by: his brother Phillip J. Haag. He is survived by: his children, Samuel W. Jr. Haag (Christine), Jennifer A. Grill-Gibbons (Rob) and Jason A. Haag; and his brother David E. Haag (Sandy). He is also survived by grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
