She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Ulysses and Norine Phillips (Barrickman); and her siblings, Regina Patch and Robert Phillips. She is survived by: her children, Patricia DeMajistre and Larry W. Smith; her stepdaughters, Molly Ann Bullers (Bob) and Nancy Bullers Martell; and her grandchildren, Robert DeMajistre (Anne), John Eric DeMajistre, Allison DeMajistre, Adam Smith and Joshua Smith. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
