He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Paul and Margaret Theresa McElhinny (Petras); and his brother Francis McElhinny (Marge). He is survived by: his nieces, Jody Buterbaugh (Steve), Lisa Simpson (Bob) and Jill Catanzaro (Frank). He is also survived by 10 great-nieces and great-nephews.
