She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Staten and Sophia Staten (Baisden). She is survived by: her children, Rudy D. Maynard (Karen), Pernell D. Maynard, Ursula L. Maynard and Marlene Wazelle of Punxsutawney. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
