He was predeceased by: his mother Rose Goodman Stephens; and his wife Doretha Stephens. He is survived by: his father Robert Stephens; his daughter Rikki Stephens; and his siblings, Robert Stephens (Jill), Gary Stephens (Darla), Jeff Stephens and Rosemary McEntire. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
