He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Edward and Martha Eleanor (Whaley); his wife Judi Lynne Reitz (Bell); and his stepson Isaac Fraust. He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa Thrush (Tim) of Brookville, Melorra Fleming (Rob LaBenne) of Brookville and Melinda Burton of Brookville; his grandchildren, Logan, Morgan, Ian Thrush, Malorri Bonfardine (Nathan), Adler, Owen Fleming, Luke and Joel Burton; his great grandchildren, McKinley Jo and Hudson Gray Bonfardine; his sisters, Connie Hittle (Gary) of Greenville and Christie Bonner (Brent) of Clarion; and his parents-in-law, Shirley, William Sheesley, Carol and William Hawthorne. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made in his name to the Pinecrest Country Club for the continued focus on the youth in the sport that he loved so much.
