He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul I. Dolby and Phyllis Smith Hinderliter Dolby; and his sister Paula Ellen Bowser. He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Dolby (Mark Slabon) of Mayport and Tara Dolby of Florida; his stepson Kevin Hoffman; his grandchildren, Shawnee Dolby, Vivian Curll, Gavin Slabon and Taylor Hoffman; his siblings, Blake Hinderliter of Shippenville, Jim Hinderliter (Patricia) of Strattanville and Jacqueline Smith (Leonard) of Marble; and his friends, Beverly Hoffman and Joey Caldwell. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
