He was predeceased by: his grandfather Kenneth Kaib. He is survived by: his parents, David Rollin Perry Jr. (Tricia) and Jennifer Marie Mauk (Andrew); his siblings, Conner Perry, Avery Motter, Jacob Niehenke, Matthew Niehenke and Danni Leamer; and his grandparents, David Perry Sr., Sherry Kaib, Scott Darr (Lori), Mary Mauk (Terry) and Kim Ondrizek (Ted). He is also survived by many friends, classmates, coworkers, neighbors.
