It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phillip Ruffner of Brookville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 7, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his significant other Katherine "Kay"; and his sister Jean Peterson. He is survived by: his children, Stan Ruffner (Debra), Cindy Zidek (Marty), Barbara Fitzgerald (Roger), Paul Ruffner (Theresa) and Patti Susko; and his brother Les Ruffner (Kaye). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and sixteen great grandchildren.
