She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph R. Swartzlander and Velma B. Swartzlander (McCullough); her husband Charles M. Holben; her brother Ellsworth Swartzlander; and her nephews, Randy Holben and Brian Holben.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Brian M. Holben of Virginia and Kimberly A. Holben of North Carolina; her great grandchildren, Anna Argotti, Bennett Holben and Alex Holben; her sister Hazel Conrad of Chicora, PA; and her siblings-in-law, Joe Holben and Shirley Holben.
