It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Madeline Kozusko of Brookville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 17, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her spouse J. Regis Kozusko; and her brother John. She is survived by: her children, David Kozusko (Kathleen) of Peachtree City, GA, Dean Kozusko (Linda) of St. John's, FL and Joyce Reitz (late Michael) of Brookville, PA.; and her siblings, Charles, Mary Elizabeth, Joseph, James, Emma and Francis. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
