She is survived by: her spouse Terry Lee Hetrick; her children, Tina Marie Matthews, Tricia Ann Whaley (David) and Jason Lee Hetrick (Denise); her sister Rae Jean Davie (Calvin); her grandchildren, Markelle Dianna Marie Matthews, Jordan Thomas Lee Matthews, Ashtin Nathyn Scott Matthews, Benjamin David Whaley and Jason Paul Hetrick; and her great grandchildren, Mackley Parker Thomas Matthews and Maddyn Carl Lee Matthews.
