He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Carberry; his children, Denise Hornung (Danny) of Hazen and Douglas Hetrick (Brandy) of Kersey; his siblings, Thomas Hetrick (Phyllis) of Erie, Samuel Hetrick (Janet) of Knoxdale and Dorothy Sprangler of Brookville; his sister-in-law Claire Hetrick of Pulaski; and his grandchildren, Lauren Hornung, Stephanie Hornung, Hunter Hetrick, Madisyn Hetrick and Emma Hetrick.
