She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Levi and Clara Marie Swab (Smith). She is survived by: her husband Charles D. Hetrick; her children, Scott Monnoyer (Ladia Vargas) of Atlantic Beach, FL and Molly Haney (Tom) of Brookville, PA; her brother Richard Swab (Carla) of Virginia; her grandsons, Sean Reed of Jacksonville, FL, Nathan Haney of Brookville, PA and Zachary Haney of Brookville, PA; her brother Thomas Swab; and her grandson Joey Perez. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
