She is survived by: her children, Dawn Marie Spellman (Kenneth), Theresa Wilson (Kenny), David Forsythe (Michelle), Stephen Forsythe (Lisa) and Heather Spencer (David); her brothers, William P. Kirkman and Larry E. Kirkman (Ruth); her grandchildren, Zoë Joy, Liam, Alyssa, Kenny, Zani, Colin, Cody, Julianne, Tessa, Rachel, Jodi, Blair (Valerie), Hope and Bentley; and her former husband Jack Forsythe. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
