He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Jack" Ross Shobert II and F. Irene Shobert (Gauntt); and his sister Lynn Ann Carlson. He is survived by: his close friend Jeannie Clark; his children, Winter R. Shobert and Madison "Maddy" A. Shobert (Kristen); his sister Paula Hanna; his grandchildren, Clementine Rose Shobert, Serena Elizabeth Ann Shobert and Mason Munro; and his niece Lynn Hanna.
