He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Fulmer and Evelyn Pitt Fulmer; his siblings, Joe Fulmer, Barbara Lockhart, Vernice Wimble, Lede Wallace and Carol Stuchell; and his great grandchild Jamison Chase.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Lattimer; his children, Dennis Fulmer, Sam Fulmer (Robin), Linda Sponsler, Jayne Treese (Jerry), Suzanne LaPage (Don) and Beth Johnson (John); and his sister Bonnie Kunkle.
The family suggests memorial donation be made in Mr. Fulmer's memory to either Christian Missionary Alliance Church, 59 Stone Road, Brookville, PA. 15825 or Shiloh Baptist Church, 309 East Run Road, Marion Center, PA. 15759.
