He is survived by: his sister Rhonda S. Zozula (Greg) of Claysville, PA; his niece Emily Poland; his nephew Zachary Zozula; his aunt Dorothy "Boots" Foltz; and his uncles, Wayne Phillips, Tom Foltz, Jack Foltz and Jim Foltz.

Memorial contributions may be made in his name to the ASPCA.
